in the last few cycles i have done i haven't been able to put on more than 13 lbs. when i come off, i lose about four. then when i diet to burn the fat i gained during the cycle, i'll lose about another four lbs. i feel that i am getting nowhere. last time i did up to 600mg/wk of test 200 and norandren 200 for quite a long time. all i get from increasing the dose is some wacky acne and water retention. what can i do to get better gains with my next cycle? should i try taking 2000mg/wk for two weeks on and two weeks off? should i try different drugs? Seriously you know what i'd do, take a year off gear, let your body clean up and the next time you take it will be like you're a newbie again. It's what i do, one cycle a year and each year i gain about 25 lbs solid muscle E2 IP: Logged |

taking dnp has been shown to upgrade the AR- androgen receptor. it is also a rather effective fat burner. if dnp is not your bag or to dangerous, as some people find it, you may want to switch the drugs that you are using or the combination of drugs. the reaosn for this is that different drugs have more or different NON AR receptor mediated growth potential. And last but not least you will probably have to increase dosages. sure 500mgs works like magic when your only carrying 10 extra pounds of muscle. But as you grow it just takes more. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yeah I tried that 1 year off and the gains were the same. Also if you take more you will probably get the same gains because your AR can take only so much and the rest is wasted. I get stronger off higher doseages but I gain the same amount of weight though. Maybe try HGH thats about the only thing I haven't tried too expensive unless I was going to walk on the stage.
