OKAY, HERES THE DEAL. I AM ALMOST 20. WHEN I WAS 16 I STARTED WORKING OUT AND ALL TYPES OF PHYSICAL CONDITIONING ACTIVITIES. IN GRADE 12 I STARTED CRANK. I AM SMALL, 5,5. I WAS ABOUT 16% BODY FAT AND 190LBS OF GAINED MUSCLE. THE ROIDS MADE ME FAT AND I HAVENT WORKED OUT IN A YEAR. I WANT TO START AGAIN BUT I NEED TO LOSE A FEW LBS OF FAT FIRST. PLEASE CRITICIZE ME ON THIS, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT: I WANT TO LOW CARB FOR A FEW WEEKS WHILE DOING CARDIO TO BURN THE FAT WITH E/C/A, THYROXINE, AND INSULIN(AT THE BEGINNING) THEN START HARD AND HIT THE BODY WITH HEAVY ASS WEIGHTS. DO YOU THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA. I FEAL I WANT TO START BUILDING AFTER SOME FAT IS DIMINISHED. BY THE WAY, IF ANYBODY WANTS TO TRY NINITROPHENOL FOR FAT LOSS, !!DONT!! I DID A WHOLE FREAKIN BAG OF THE STUFF AND ALL IT DOES IS MAKE YOU STINK AND EAT MORE, AND SWEAT. WHO KNOWS, THE SHIT PROBABLY GAVE ME CANCER TOO! THANKS IP: Logged |

IN SIX WEEKS, I LOST A SHIT LOAD OF BODY FAT. THE WAY I DID IT? NO FRIED FOODS, NONE! NO FOOD TWO HOURS BEFORE BED, NONE! NO FOODS HIGH IN FAT, READ THE LABELS! JOG A LITTLE BIT. OF COURSE, I HAVE A HIGH METABOLISM, SO THAT IS WHY I RECOVERED SO QUICKLY. OH YEAH, AND IN THE GROCERY STORE, LOOK FOR EXTRA LEAN GROUND BEEF, AND NOTHING ELSE.
