I'm new to clen, and I'm not sure what dosage to take. I'm 21, weigh about 247 with about 24% body fat. My goal is for weight loss. I lift weights on a regular basis and also do some cardio. I don't smoke, and I don't drink very much. I really want to get all the info that I can get. Please feel free to email me. I want to know the good as well as the bad. Thanks.IP: Logged |

Hi, especifically what would you like to know?Some tips: 1- If your heart is normal, your blood preasure is normal, and you don�t suffer from any kind of problem of the nervous system, preassure or heart, you could use this drug. 2- This drug is not and anabolic steroid. is an B2 adrenergic agonist (asthma drug) 3- The normal dosage is from 5 to 7 pills of 20 mcg in several dosages a day. I strong recomend you to use a top of 3 to 4 a day to know how your body react to the drug. 4- you have to begin taken 1 pill a day and rise the amount in one pill day by day till rich the desire dosage. Take it before each meal and separete at least 3 hours between takes. 5- you have to watch your diet, your cardio exercise, your body temperature and your blood preasure almost every day. 6- try to not mix this drug with too much coffe, ephedrine or another termogenic agent, till you are sure your boby can tolerate it. 7- Take the dosage by 3 weeks every day, and then for 2 or 3 weeks more take it by 2 days on an 2 days off, thus the receptors sites don�t get use to the drug, after that, you have to take, to be sure of your health condition, 2 months off. 8- is not common secondary effects with this drug, but, in case or over dosis, or some cardiorespiratory problem you could suffer palpitations, nausea, hands shake. ------------------ Hi, i would like to share my experience and knowledge with you, and, of course, learn from your experience and knowledge of bodybuilding, make contacts and friends. The best cycle to do is 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 after dinner. 2 days on then 2 days off and keep repeating this for 2-3 weeks then stop for 2 weeks to open your receptors again. Then you can start back up. If you combine this w/cardio and low carb/high protein diet, you will get great results.------------------ STONE COLD 96 IP: Logged |
