That shit has always made me sore as hell. But as well as it works, I am willing to endure the soreness. Try shooting in the quad before a leg workout, that seems to help in dispersing it a bit and helped me reduce soreness. IP: Logged |

any drug sores you up...got to learn to give the shot better try going to a book store and sitting down and reading a nursing book...the first couple shots make me sore of a cyc...then i get used to it...i have a nurse give em' to me...you'll always get a lil sore...trying palpating the spot before the shot and massaging it for couple of min afterwards...
