I'm new to this board, but it seems great. I had knee surgery one month ago. I was going to start a cycle before I got hurt. I am starting light legs lifting next week, and I've been smashing my upper body, but I want to know how long I should wait to start a cycle? The cycle is a deca/sust mass cycle, and I might put primo in at the end, but before I set it up, I need help with this. Thanks in advance fellas.

I would stay away from most stuff until your Knee is back to what it was. If you had an ACL replacement with a tendon, it WILL NEVER be as strong structurally as it was. Be sure to use good form. The problem with some of the stronger Androgens is you can outstip your joints ability to handle the loads your musculature can.

The only one I would do (trust me I have rehabed from more injuries than most NFL players get in a career) is Deca. Love that Deca. It pumps a lot of fluid through connective tissue giving it a good chance to keep up with your muscle growth.

I won't act like your mommy with more advice you didn't ask for, but be smart.

You need to wait until you leg has recovered enough to where you dont have a fear factor while lifting and you dont hve to concentrate on it. Dont rush anything, especially with gear, it'll be waiting in you when your ready. Also, you want everything to be perfect while on the gear so you can make your best gains. I also had a scope done on my knee and had a torn ACL. I took it slow for a while performing one leg exercise with light weight until my strength recovered and felt comfortable with adding weight. I never had it repaired and train all out on everything i do, including squats and the whole deal without any problems worth mentioning.

Thanks for all the advice fellas, I really appreciate it. It's tough to go from squatting 500 to lifting a 2lb weight on th end of your leg! Thanks and Good luck to everyone else with injuries.
