There are so many different opinions on this very subject. Some say start out slow and mild, some say just use some test... I am one of those who believes that you should take full advantage of your first cycle because if done right it will be your best cycle. With this in mind, I suggest that you take dbol, sust and primo! You will have very, very nice gains off that cycle. The primo is added in to help solidify the gains. Also, you must make sure that you get at least 1.5-2g of protein per kg of body weight, I know some people who take up to 400g of protein per day. Make sure that you take a multi-vitamin and eat right. Make sure that you get at least 8hrs of sleep per night, but try not to go over 10hrs(studies say to much sleep is bad too). ------------------ IP: Logged |

Too much sleep is bad???? Why doesn't anyone ever inform me about this kind of stuff? I can pass out at in some supermerket aisle if I don't get 14hours per night. Damn..... What about muscular regeneration and hormone release and all that? Luke IP: Logged |

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the studies done on sleep say that on average you can subtract some time off your life for not getting enough sleep and also getting too much sleep! Also, 14hrs is a dam lot of sleep! I would think that 14hrs of complasency would be bad for your muscle anyway! hGH is not released the entire time in which you are sleeping, it only happens at specific times during your sleep, not the whole time! The funny thing is that even with the release of hGH during sleep your body goes into a catabolic state while you sleep. Some BB's are so conscious of this that they set there alarm clocks to wake them in the middle of the night to drink some protein or pop a dbol and stuff like that to keep them out of that catabolic state. ------------------ IP: Logged |
