I am on my first cycle, and was wondering if being on the E/C/A stack at the same would not allow me to gain much? any help would be appreciated.

Are you on a bulking or cutting cycle? Cause i leave the thermogenics for when i am trying to take my bodyfat down. Also the stack does have a slight muscle perserving effect. If you are set on using it and you are bulking it ultimately wont slow your gains to any significant degree. You will have to eat a few more calories to offset the e/c/a. If i remember correctly in a dnp article i read it said that dnp increased overall metabolism by up to 50 percent compare to 3 percent for the e/c/a stack.

I drop BF like crazy on E/C/A (usually NORephedrine instead of ephedrine actually...) If you're bulking, lay of the stimulants because they'll make it A LOT harder to put on muscle.
