I'm planing on doing a cycle, I already got Reforvit-B, Sostenon250, and Deca-Durobolin, this is my second cycle, the first one I just used deca.

I,m 5'7 168 lbs, Plase help it's kind of hard getting advice down here.

I not positive on the ref doses (I used it once a long time ago) but you probably want to start out with 500mg of sust per week and then 250mg for the last 2 weeks. You'll want to start out with 200mg of deca per week, work up to 400mg and then back down to 200 the last week. How long your cycle lasts depends on how much you buy, could be 8-12 weeks???

The ref is 25mg/ml. Personally i would suggest 2cc's per day divided into 3 daily doses. That comes out to 50mg of d per day and is quite a bit if you are inexperienced but i feel the the ref is slightly less effective than the tabs.

For the Reforvit-B you will probably get alot of varying opinions on what is a good dosage. I am assuming that you will be taking it orally (in gelcaps). Your peak dosage should be 1-3 ml/day (split them into two or three gelcaps per day). I usually have to stay to around 1 or 2 ml/day, or I get really bad headaches, but some people take 3 ml/day with no problems. You can either cycle up and then down, or you can start out with your peak and then cycle down (you might try it this way for the Ref-B) -- as two basic ways of cycling Reforvit-B. Listen to The Cuban on the other gear, he is offering some good advice.
