If you can't find time or the will power to track what you eat, how do you know when you've done something wrong ? Any aspiring BB should know everything that they eat. I have logged meals and training forever. This tells me when I've been naughty or nice to myself. You'd be suprised if you (everyone) tracked their food intake for a week, alot of the time you THINK that you're consuming tons of cals but in reality that 3500 cal a day diet is more like 1800 cals.

I strongly agree here. I keep track of everything. I have to make sure my crazy metabolism doesnt take over. It really is alot of work consuming 3500-4000 calories or more per day of food. I dont use any protein powders or meal replacements and the eating gets to be tough sometimes.
