is my best friend.....I've constantly searched for more and more motivation to keep getting bigger and bigger, and nothing helps more than a mental illness !!! "You look at me and see what I have, I look at me and see what I want to have" (good topic George, had to bring it out in the open) [This message has been edited by Heemaan445 (edited January 13, 2000).] [This message has been edited by Heemaan445 (edited January 13, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Here's an old post, but still a good topic. I try to keep my head straight and stay happy with my gains, but I also know that I see myself and I just seem small! Especially when I see a pic like ChestyII! Then I really think I look small...hehe Gotta grow ------------------ IP: Logged |

I've put on close to 50lbs since I stopped running for my ex College, even though a good deal of it is fat, I see the gains, and tell myself though I feel small at times, I'm alot bigger now for all the times I busted my butt. If your self esteem is down just look at the smaller guys in the gym, and let yourself know that your not one of them. IP: Logged |
