Its time for cook'n with Joe Juicer! Here's one of my favorites (hoping others will share theirs...)

Meat Slab Yummies

Take 3/4 of lean ground beef (4% fat)
Mix it with 2 eggs (take out the yolks if you're "one of them")
Add a little Mrs Dash (don't go crazy)
A little salt
And then add about 1/2 cup of bisquik (it's like a pancake batter)
Stir it all up
Spray a skillet with a little Pam
Warm the frying pan up to the med-hi setting
Spread your meat good over the frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes per side

When it's done, i like to put some pieces of hi-fat cheddar cheese on top (i'm bulking right now) for extra yummi-ness.

What're y'alls favorites??

Hey Bro,
You outa get your own cooking show!! I shit myself laughing * one of them* Man you had to be there. That was too much! Here's one I like and it's simple.

1 to 2 pounds of lean ground turkey burger
add 1 cup of plain oatmeal per pound to meat.
mix well...add no salt sub. or Mrs. Dash *if your one of them*
make patties and toss'em on the grill.

I buy in bulk, and make alot then freeze them, I also make several meals in advance and put'em in the fridg. It helps with cheating and cuts down on time. Instend of oatmeal subsitute cooked brown rice for a change.

At 36 I have to be one of them...it pays to be regular....Ha!! Your too much man!!

Heres a nice one I enjoy thats relatively easy.

One and half pound flank steak.
4 oz. prosciutto. (Italian ham)
12 oz. fresh spinach leaves.
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Trim excess fat and membrane from steak, then cover steak with plastic wrap.
Roll meat with rolling pin to make it more tender, then remove plastic.

Season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Heat frying pan until almost smoking, and cook spinach 4-5 minutes, or until wilted.
Place spinach in colander and squeeze out excess water.

In a food processor, combine spinach, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and oil, and pulse for 30 seconds to make a smooth paste.

Layer prosciutto over steak, then spread spinach mixture on top.

Starting at the narrow end, roll steak into a log, securing the roll with twine.
Place steak in baking dish, brush with additional olive oil, and cook for 35-40 minutes.

Remove steak from oven. Let sit for about 10 minutes, remove twine, and serve.

Recommended side dish: Serve with sliced beefsteak tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
