Are there any ways to tell how well I will respond to AS. Like Ive heard of guys who gain 30lbs off one cycle of deca, they obviously respond better. Also the new boards look good, but what was wrong with the old ones. And how does the Icq thing work? Has anyone installed it yet? IP: Logged |

The only way to really tell is be your own lab rat. Although, there are many factors that will influence your gains such as proper diet, intense consistent training, and rest. I think diet is the hardest part of the regimen cause i feel alot of people that have trouble gaining dont have the discipline it takes to eat enough food, cause it does wear on you knowing you just finished eating and it will be time to eat in two and a half hours and your probably not going to be hungry. kpumpin IP: Logged |

Forgot to answer your question about the board. The best new addition to the board in my opinion is that when you post on a thread it moves to the top of the board. kpumpin IP: Logged |

kpumpin that was a very good explanation bro! I would venture to say that diet is about 75 percent of gaining mass during a cycle, not takeing away anything from the intense training.... I know of alot of guy's that eat like animals while on a mass cycle, but what they need to understand is that the cleaner the diet during the cycle the higher the quality of muscle mass aquired... this is the key!!! >Are there any ways to tell how well I will respond to AS Its like kpumpkin says. You just need to try it to find out. If you've ever tried any pro-hormones they would be a good indicator of what to expect from roids. I did real well on some MQ stuff so I knew juice would be worthwhile. Take note! Black market steroids are expensive! When all is said and done, you can easily spend $700 on a ten week cycle if you get all the "accessory" gear (HCG, clomid, nolvadex, proscar, etc.) But $700/20lbs is about $35/lbs... seems like a good deal to me! Try the "psuedo-steroid" supps if you want a low-budget alternative before you jump into the big leagues. ------------------ IP: Logged |
