I am about to start my first cycle of 500mg Sust/ 8 weeks. I am going to train upper body twice every 8 days and legs once every 8 days. For instance: Mon. Back and Shoulder for 90 min Tues. Arms for 75 min Wed. Chest for 50 min, Cardio for 20 min Thur. Legs for 75 min, Fri. Cardio 20 min Sat. Repeat Do you guys think this is overtraining? Any suggestions on lengths of workout sessions would by appreciated ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
