I feel your pain man. I'm 24 and my shoulders have probably dislocated about 100 times each. I finally had to have them both cut on to get them fixed. I'm not sure how the Deca would help, but speaking from experience it would probably only be short term. It sounds like the capsule around the joint in your shoulder has already been torn and Deca will not repair that. Good luck.

Deca will only allow more fluid to be stored in the joints, a bombs do the same too. This is like putting a band aide on a amputated leg. Go to the doc and have them fix the problem. As young as you are, better to have it fixed now. As you get older the problem will get worse.

Sounds like either you have some capsule problems or most likely some ligament laxity. In either case you need to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles as they act as a sling to hold the arm in socket and most definitely see a good doc.

so surgery sounds like the only option, damn, i guess its just getting worse each time i do it. what i hate is now i have to stop training for a few more days and im so close to a cycle
