monday I shot 3cc in my glute 2cc ara test 1 cc 300 deca. One week later my glute is still killing me. It is hard as a rock and a little swollen! will this eventually diapate? should I do two injections instead of 1? 3 cc is probably a lot for the muscle.     | ||

3cc's is fine for the glute. The questions are how deep did you go, and how sterile were you? | ||

i was very sterile how deep should I go ? I put the needle all the way in. should I not? what could happen from not being sterile? worst case?? | ||

Depends. If you're pretty lean, you can get away with using a 1" pin. Other than that, 1 1/2". Not being sterile enough could lead to infection, which you don't want. You could also possibly have an abcess, which you'd need to have drained. The area definately should not be painful one week later. Is it hot to the touch at all? If it doesn't clear up in a day or two, I'd go get it checked. | ||

thanks for helping sorry to bother you again. what causes abcess? not being sterile? the pain isnt quite as bad and the swelling has diminished some but when I sit on my ass it feels like there is fluid in there it also itches a little. hot showers relieve it a little!! abcess maybe?I freakin hope not |
