You probably don't have enough receptors for gear. Train for at least 2 years before you even thinnk about gear. Besides if you are 140, you probably are short. You don't want to stay that way all your life. Wait a few years. And that's gonna be hard to do if you hang around here. Supplement your diet with flax seed oil and try to eat every 2 hours. Don't do any cardio (unless you're in sports), and don't train any bodypart more than once per week. Mainly, get a lot of calories. Food is anabolic.

you're still young with high test levels as it is!!!!!! Try eating plenty of protein and a lot of calories......try a weight gainer like 2200gold from GNC, That always puts on weight!!!! Work out with heavy weights, low reps.......like stew said, you'r too young to think about gear at this point in your training. Take your time, you shouldn't be in any hurry. ------------------ [This message has been edited by -Falcon- (edited February 26, 2001).]

You're supposed to have small gains w/ one month of training on your belt. You have plenty to learn about nutrition, intense training and plenty of rest. Something to take, protein and more of it. Glutamine is a must also. As in AS, wait a few years. You'll do what you want anyways. Take this w/ a grain of salt.

The diet advice the other guys gave is all true, and at your age and training experience you shouldn't even be considering gear. You didn't mention what your workouts looked like, but in your routines you should have big, compound moves: Squats, Deadlifts, Bent Over Rows, Pull-ups (or assisted pull-ups), Bench Press, Military Presses If you don't know what one or more of these lifts are, find out what they are and do them. Fuck curls and leg extensions (for now anyway). You need to use your time in the gym to build the most muscle possible. That's what the big moves will do.

food is the only thing that will really allow you to grow... food is more anabolic than steroids!

Train, rest, eat, sleep, train, rest eat, sleep.... it's a pretty effective 1st cycle for you right there....Protein can't be stressed enough. Stick with the basic compound movements and build your base |
