go to your local 7-11 store and outside by the pay phones will be a guy named rico. talk to him and tell him richie the loop sent you. he should be able to help you out.

I'm pretty sure Vitamin worlds B-5 is cheap. GNC's is $9.99 for like 90 capsules.
