Doesn't it figure, I'm in the middle of my D-bol, Deca cycle and I sprained the shit out of my ankle last night. Of course I was fucking around wrestling when it happened, I thought it was broken but just sprained really bad. How long till I will be able to work legs again??? 2-3 weeks? If you can deal with the pain and stabilize them real well you should be ok; although you may have to use a board behind your heals because of the lack of mobility at the ankles. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Just stay off of it for about 2 weeks, you can still work on legs. Do leg extentions, just stay away from calf raises and squats ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It really depends on what degree sprain you have. I know because I've had about a million of them. Usually it takes about 3 weeks to be able to point your foot and rotate it in a complete circle with no pain. You really just have to see how fast it heals though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
