Yes it can cause gyno, and it's due to estrogen not progesterone. It lowers the natural test level, and can aromitase at high doses. However, how high depends on the person. Some might get gyno from EQ, and others not.

Just make sure you have enough of the trusty anti-E's on hand & you'll be just fine.

Yes, rare but possible, depending on how high the dose is.

I'm gonna have to beg to differ on this one. If i'm not mistaken, Gyno from Equipose is caused by progesterone not estrogen. It is a lot like Fina. You must talk an anti progest. to combat it like Whinny. And if i'm also not mistaken, it doesn't aromatize at any dosage makin it a perfect cuttin steroid.

EQ gyno is caused by progesterone. Nolva will not help, maybe armidex(not sure heard conflicting things about it), but stuff like winny will help...

Well, from one Tx bro to another.....No flame here. I'm not trying to start a huge war here, but....

Eq & Deca both work via similar pathways, but I have seen on several posts that Eq doesn't cause progesterone induced gyno. Instead it is caused by good ole estrogen. I am no bio-chemist or anything like that, but that's what I have read here before. So, if I'm wrong here then someone please let me know.

I know one guy who got Deca-gyno but no problems with EQ.

Eq is chemically very similar to dbol, so in my opinion (and note that I'm not a biochem major) is that it would be estrogen if anything.

Bump - do we have a biochemist here that can answer this? Considering doing a sust/eq/dbol cycle and I need to know if nolva will provide me sufficient protection

I am goin to research this more. I swear i've heard tons of bros say that EQ is progesterone therefore you need to add whinnny or something to that effect. Plus, isn't it when estrogen levels are raised that leads to water retention?? EQ doesn't cause water retention at all. So how can this be??? I'm pretty sure i'm right on this one.

Boldenone (EQ) is unmethylated d-bol esterified with undecylenic acid. It aromatizes to estradiol, although the estro sides are not as acute as with d-bol (due to the absence of the methyl group). Most people don't have gyno problems from EQ, but arimidex and nolva would both work with EQ.

EQ aromatizes to estrogen, not progesterone.

For future reference, it might help to check this site http://www.angelfire.com/pq/profiles/ or another one like it for information about any specific drug.

Also, the board's search function will give you answers to questions you didn't even know you had yet...
