Your nutrient amounts look very good for each meal. From what I calculated from carbs and protein you are getting 3220 calories a day. That is not including fat but if you're severely restricting fat it won't add too many more calories. I would guess you're somewhere around 3500 cals a day which, if you're on AS, might be a bit low in order to reach 200lb. Essential fats are, well, essential. Don't avoid good fats...flax...nuts...fish. They are a vutal constituant of a balanced diet plan. Good fats won't make you fat...the calories from them, 9 per gram, will. This is what gets people in trouble when it comes to fat. A little bit has a lot of calories. So you don't need a whole lot, but you do need some for healthy anabolic functions. It depends a great deal on what you're eating but eating 40g protein and 75g carb is a good start. That's 280g protein and 525g carbs daily which for your size sounds about right. Add in some good fat and the pieces of the puzzle will fit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
