ok, i am 5'5" 145 pounds. i am not too active, but i do lift weights everyday. so you guys recommend me eating how many calories a day to gain weight? I was looking at another message board, www.bigsport.com and they said i should try products from "SDI labs" are they good? I am also going to start taking "Myoplex Mass" to add my caloric intake, that product good? Thanks for your help! Also, what are some good workouts to strengthen my chest besides bench press, because i dislocated my left shoulder 3 times. what are some good workouts that produce lots of strength? thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

do some fly's and some cable crossovers if you cant bench those work pretty well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
