Rich Gaspari is going to be at Astral Fitness Center at 5500 Broadway (230th st.) border of Bronx and Manhattan NYC 5:30 - 8;30 pm). Hell be giving out free supplements and training advice...just thought some might be interested. He will also be at the Arnold Classic giving out MRPs yeah thats right VIX take him up on it they are the best!!!    | ||

Anyone remember Rich? I still can't figure out why he didn't pull off one Mr. O. my man was always huge and cut! Any fans out there or are there just teens on the board these days? | ||

Thanks for the info, Ill check it out. Rich was ahead of his time. He was the first bodybuilder I ever saw in magazines with that shredded and vascular look. Not even Lee Haney had that type of conditioning.  | ||

He's a damn nice guy to boot and could nearly put Shawn Ray to shame in the intensity department...his genetics for huge abdominals and obliques never helped him except maybye in the strength department though. At least he was wo the huge gut starting to be a TM in bodybuilding today. Take it easy bro and keep trainin balls to the wall!!! |
