It's called hypogycemia. It's low blood sugar. The solution? Eat every 2 -3 hours. Carry bars/shakes on you if you are going to be in the car on a trip. You have to have constant access to food. If you are hypoglycemic, you need to avoid sugar, white flour products, and white flour pastas (use whole wheat products). Also avoid raisins, dates, soft drinks, candy, cakes, pies (except the every popular POONTANG pie ...). Basically, eat clean. Which we are all supposed to be doing anyway. If you keep protein high, take in good fats (flax, olive oils), and keep most of your carbs complex you can help stabilize your levels. Try seacrching the Internet for a list of foods rated on the glycemic index (GI). Keep you food choices under a rating of 50, and you will be helping yourself. Welcome to my world ... I'm aggrevated when I don't eat every 2 hours much less 3 or 4. My appetite never freakin' ends. I guess when you pump a shit load of Test throughout your body, this is what happens.

quote: I do get that sometimes. That Is why I ALWAYS THINK ABOUT TAKING FOOD whereever I go! And if you are juicing... You NEVER HAVE TO EXPEREINCE SHAKES! Eat more than you can handle! Infact when you are juicing , you must eat so much that you should be unconfortable for most of your waking hours! If you want muscles to pop up like balloons...

Increased training= increased metabolism=higher need for food to sustain=need to eat more frequently to meet the body's new demands, All come from taking the juice!!! ------------------

I have this problem also. I have had hypoglycemia since a was a young boy and just dealt with it. I have noticed with increased training and eating patterns, that I can`t go more than 4 waking hours without eating or I get very bad. ------------------

When I am juicing on a bulk cycle I get the shakes if I go about 3-4 hours without eating. My hands start trembling like I am on Clen.

Same here. I break out into a cold sweat and I feel nauseous. I agree with Jersey Boy. An increase in muscle mass will increase the bodys metabolism, which means you need more fuel to keep your fire going...if ya know what I mean. ------------------

quote: ITS CAUSED FROM INSULIN RESISTANCE. YOUR BODY IS SLOWLY BECOMMING IMMUNE TO THE EFFECTS OF YOUR OWN INSULIN. MOST TYPE 2 DIABETICS BEGIN EXPERIENCING THIS EARLY IN LIFE WITHOUT HAVING TO TREAT IT UNTIL THEY ARE IN THEIR FORTIES OR FIFTIES. CUT THE AMOUNT OF SIMPLE SUGARS YOU INTAKE. YOUR BODY WILL HEAL FROM THIS CONDITION IF YOU GIVE IT TIME. IF YOU WANT TO EAT CARBS, EAT COMPLEX CARBS THAT ARE BROKEN DOWN AND RELEASE A STEADY AMOUNT OF GLUCOSE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THIS CREATES A STEADIER INSULIN RESPONSE TO THOSE CARBS RATHER THAN HUGE INSULIN STORMS THAT DESENSITISE YOUR INSULIN RECEPTORS. DUDE, I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS. READ "PROTEIN POWER" BY DR. Hrm. I think I might have this condition, I dont know. A few times in my life if I have gone a while without eating carbs I feel dizzy as hell. One time in high school I skipped lunch, and by last period the words were floating off the page and I couldnt concentrate at all. I've tried the no carb diet and I just totally feel like shit. Right now I am 210 6'4 and I'm trying to cut and eating about 2500 calories a day. I'm 17 days into a Fina only cycle. Also using ECA 3 times day. Right now I ate dinner almost 2 hours ago and I am dizzy, lightheaded and feel like crap. I also had a crazy workout this afternoon. The problem is I've already ate like 2200 CLEAN cals so I dont want to eat more right now or I'll be hungrier again in a few hours! What the hell, should I eat more or what? I know if I have a nice big bowl of cereal I'll feel fine. I havent felt this way until the last couple of days, and only about this time at night after I've worked out and eaten dinner. For real, I feel really crappy and fucked up, any help is appreciated.

actually its caused by the overproduction of insulin--- which can lead to insulin resistance if foods with a high glycemic index level continue to be consumed if his symptoms were caused by caused by insulin resistance they would not be so simply fixed by just eating every 4 hours and he would also be experiencing a loss of LBM hypoglycemia is herditary as is diabetes to some degree but like you said type 2 is usually self induced ------------------

I have had hypoglycemia since I was a kid, and it has only gotten worse. I get really faint and angry when I go more than 3 hours without food. I always wondered if using insulin for BB purposes would be a bad idea because of my condition.

yep I get. As someone said it's hypoglycemia. Don't eat sinple carbs, you'll only get re-bound hypo. I always try and prepare about 4/5 complex carb drinks (of course w/ protein) to get me through the day. I've had this for years as a kid but it's got worse since I've been eating 3/4 hourly. The body gets used to having a constant supply of energy which is good 'coz it won't hoard excess energy (as fat), bad because you maintain a constantly low b/m (which yes can make you feel like shit, shaky, sweating, lethargic, bad tempered etc). ------------------ |
