I would suggest food Robert J. I know you don't understand, because by your post it's obvious you don't have a basic grasp of the game but here's how it works. Remember in math, when you added and subtracted? Well it's the same deal with diet. Say you burn 3000 cals a day. To gain weight, even with steroids, you would need to eat more than 3000 cals per day. Very simple. Anyway, try stuffing clean food down your throat day in and day out for a few months along with a lot of water, and a GOOD weight routine. If you need one check here, www.ast-ss.com . It's called max-ot. I'm tired so I hope this made sense. Good luck ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

PS, if you do not follow my advice and take in more food, even if the beast would work, (which I doubt) then it surely won't work without eating more than you burn per day. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hey Robert, not to diss that chart that you looked at but, it's wrong as hell. I don't have your stats or anything but unless your four foot ten you need WAY more calories than that. Hell I need 3000 just to maintain my weight. That doesn't leave any for gaining. I have to get around 4000 to see any gains. Just like in dieting, every 500 calories you add to your daily consumption will add a pound a week. Weather or not this new pound is fat or muscle depends on your training or lack thereof as the case may be. See if you can talk to a nutritionist<sp?> and find out you BMR and shit. (BMR u say? Use the search it'll be invaluable to you) Fuzz ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Food is the most anabolic substance there is. Eat clean and eat lots. As for "The Beast", I doubt it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
