I've been using a minimum of 5g/day for a little over a week, and don't notice much.... my acne is terrible on my back and shoulders, almost repulsive and its painful when I lay on my back. its pretty bad on my face too.......     | ||

local vitamin store. one store i bought a bottle of 100 pills 500mg for around $9. another store i payed about $12 for a different brand 500mg capsules. |
