BigJay, You're absolutely right, he made his own choice and I compliment him on gaining the correct knowledge on the subject for as I have stated before....In my begining years of powerlifting, I didn't have the luxury of having informative places like this...regardless of my many state and national titles, I'm always willing to learn more. I happen to be a member of other boards, but like to come back here every now and again. This is becoming a dead issue, my regards to you and Burnboy....learn and grow!! ------------------ | ||

Well worthy of a Bump. I think that this post should be a required reading for all newbies and then they should take a quiz on it to see if they are knowlegable enough to post on the board. Its basically common sense but it helped me out alot when I first came to this board about a year ago. I still rarely ever post because the answers are usually always on here especially newbie questions. | ||

Now I understand why Burnboy acts as childish as he does. However he does make some good points and is very well knowledged on the subject of AS. He does act like a disrespectful, whining teenager though and is a turnoff to us people trying to learn a bit on the subject.
