Usually when I was taking spiropent I would take it sublingually 30 min prior to eating. I am using Novegam now and it is in pill form, not sublingual. I was wondering when most of you guys take it? Can you take it with food, 30 min prior on empty stomack? Also, does it matter when taking it before cardio? I used to take ECA 30 min prior to cardio on empty stomach in the morning, should I take the clen the same way? lomaximo     | ||

Sublingual Clenbuterol? I never knew they made it designed to be taken like that. How do you know if what you have is sublignual or just to be swallowed? Also I have seen several different brands of Clen and they all basically look the same to me. I just been swallowin em! | ||

Bsmooth, I believe spiropent is the only sublingual clen. It has a little symbol on the pill that is 3 scored lines ending with an arrow (sort of looks like a house). This is the symbol for under the tongue. It tastes sweet but chalky. I have had others that are not designed for sublingual and they taste bitter..... lomaximo |
