well as some may know, Im 4 weeks out now .. Im 2 weeks into my fina halo winstrol ganabol cutting cycle..lets talk strenght..never went past 3 plates on the hack squatt always weak for me..5 plates now!!!! legs the same but way more vascular..arms and back coming along..will post pics in a month.. supplements using..glutamine, mass quantities protein(thanks GS) vit C and Flax seed oil     | ||

i thought it was more than 4.... well, i hope you get the placing you deserve this time....last time you really got shafted! i have done 8 of 'em, mostly in the pacific northwest....and i try to stick to NPC sanctioned events what kind of sanctioning committees do they have in your country bro? NPC or what? | ||

Yeah, the halo will definitely increase your neural firing ability, which translates to more strength. 5 plates on hack is damn good--I've only gone that high a few times and I'm about 60 pounds heavier than you. Good luck in Mr. Peru, and I look forward to seeing the pics. | ||
