muscle and fitness and flex are not bad, they are not biased toward weider products, they just hide the steriod and drugs ,and if u read it consistly without looking at the internet or going out alot u will probalby belive all pros are natural, and if they say one particluar person used striods or some drug, then youll think their a horrible person and everyone else is good, thast how i use to think , ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Flex has great motivational photography. The information is redundant and nothing anyone on an anabolics board shouldn't already know. Sometimes there is an interesting study or tid bit in them but mostly they are just good for pics. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

All those mags suck. there just a advertising medium. I saw one today, I think muscle development, cover said gain 60 pounds of muscle in a few months- no where in the article did it mention gear. There useless, I just like to check out the ladies. Pump magazine really has some hotties. You'll leearn more here on the as board and the training board than those books. they are still trying to sell you that Arnold was a natural bodybuilder. There good motiviation but not much information. KNOWLEDGE IS KING ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i subscribe to flex. and in my opinion it beats the hell out of musclemag. at least in flex if its a muscletech ad, they have label at the bottom saying paid advertisement. in musclemag they make it look like they are giving you training tips from the pros, but at the end, the pro always says "i couldnt have done it w/o muscletech products". i do like reading the uncensored section.. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I also like FLEX's coverage of contests and the pics that go with them. As far as training advice, they are basically worthless. Ever notice how FLEX and MUSCLE and FITNESS pretty much use the same bodybuilders for their pics but FLEX's pics are always hardcore, vascular, precontest pics with Nasser or somebody like that military pressing 405? But at the same time, M & F depicts them not as pumped, using a Nautilus machine, eating a salad with some flax seed oil or some shit. WTF? Cracks me up. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would piss on the weiders face. I hate when I read all these lies on their magazines. Bro, if you want a good one read dirty dieting (Dan Duchaine). Its not a pretty magazines, but the knowledge there is incredible. Also if you wanna learn about training clean, hardgainer is very good. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

All of those rags are horse shit!Cornellius is right the only one worth reading is hardgainer.Brawn and Beyond Brawn are also good books once you get past Mcroberts preaching about how terrible the sauce is. ![]() ![]() ![]()
