me again RIP.. you're on the right track. tuna in water and skinless chicken are a great source of protein. fruit? moderation is o.k but some people go over board thinking that since it is only fruit and it's recommend by many physicians, it packs with simple sugar and before you know it, you eat the whole pound grapes...e.t.c. just pop a multi-vitamine and you all set my friend.

I'd avoid the fruit. Most veggies would be ok (not corn or potatos though). Tuna in water is an excellent choice. Also lean steak (small portions), baked cod, and fat free cottage cheese is good. Sugar free jello for a snack is good - you can pretty much "eat all you want" - 2 cups has 20 calories... my $.02

yes sugar free jello is my favorite... its just like drinking water... basically no calories or anything

RIP? Like Rest In Peace? Well, eat McDonald's for breakfast, Burger King for lunch, and order a large pizza for dinner. In b/w these meals, blend up shakes of saturated animal lard along with 2 cups of sugar. Do this everday, and I'm sure you'll be resting in peace very soon. Good luck.

Brocoli is great, low cal and has fiber. Flank steak if you can afford. Take metamucil or other fiber to stay reg while on high protien.
