High Intensity cardio for 15-20min worked well for me. I did the treadmill set at a steep incline 14% and at 3.5MPH, I was blasted when I got off went home and slept for a hour or two everytime.

never run. my friend. it is really hard on your joints and ligaments. jodg is the best way. you must do at least 40-45 min in order to get the full benefit of fat burning. increase in metabolism. also, i hope you eat healthy otherwise you can run or jog from here to alaska, you won't lose much. damn....rip it up...how many post about cuting up do you post? no flame intended. lways willing to help if i can bro

you DO NOT NEED 45 mins of cardio to get fat burning. i do 20 mins of high intensity running on an empty stomach in the AM 4 days a week and i am droping fat like crazy. as gay as bill phillips is, i use his "20 minute cardio solution". it actualy works better than anyhting i have ever tried, including 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week!!!

hey i did three 30 minute sessions a week jogging on the tredmill and it worked fine for me. im now upping it to four 40 minute sessions for spring break. i'll continue running 40 minutes when i do my cutting cycle. that should be plenty. it works, i dont eat that bad, i'll pig out maybe once a week thats all. but it has worked fine for me running like this with my weight routine

I find that jogging works best for me also. I usually walk for 10 minutes on a steep grade, and then switch over to jogging at 5 mph for 20-30 minutes or so. As long as you are eating right, this will allow you to shed bodyfat.

You swim for cardio while on a cycle? I was going to do the same and was wondering what i should do. I dont want it to fuck up my workout so i dont know when i should do it. Morning or after workout? When do you do it and how many days a week? LAter bro!!

You can do it after a workout, like Studcj said or on days you do not weight train.

You just need to do it 3 times per week at about 20-30 minutes of constant movement, stopping when you get too tired.

Have you ever tried hitting the heavy bag? The first time you try it will be a humbling expirence. <my first time I hit for 3 mins and was so tired I couldnt keep my hands up!>
Within a week or so you'll be up to 20 mins. I like to go all out for one minute and then dodge and bob for two then repeat the one minute attack then the dodge and so on for 30 minutes. Fuzz

While on the topic of boxing, skip rope at a moderate pace for 15-30minutes- it'll almost kill you but work wonders.

20 Minute HIIT (Bill Philips) cardio is the best way to go. I do it 2x a week for 20 minutes at a time. Works wonders, preserves muscle too. If your looking to gain mass, I wouldnt go over 3x a week though.

hey BIGPUN.. you are on the money. puching bag is no joke. i do it every day and like you said after a few min, your heart wants to pop out of your chest. one day i go for endurance for 45 min punching and kick boxing. the next day i just do 15 min of power punches. if any one had done this, you know what im talking about.

I do stair climber for 15-20min

or get in for a full court basketball game for 30min. If your in pretty good shape just try a few different things to see how you feel

try stair master at low speed with your heels all the way forward on the pedals...push down slow but hard squeezing your quads HARD on every step ...not only will you lower your body fat, your legs will get shredded...i do this for contest prep...it's tough but worth every step!!!
