I KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION.FOR ANYONE WHO HAS DONE T3 I JUST WANT TO KNOW YOUR RESULTS FROM IT.HOW MUCH WEIGHT DID U LOSE AND HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO LOSE THAT WEIGHT. PEOPLE KEEP TELLING ME ABOUT T3 LIKE THE SIDE AFFECTSAND STUFF I DONT CARE. I JUST WANT TO KNOW SOME OF YOUR RESULTS,FROM ANYONE WHO HAS DONE IT BEFORE THANK YOU

I didnt lose much weight! Maybe 1-2 lbs per week in conjunction with a diet and some cardio 3x a week in the morning before eating. I did 6 weeks. I have done T3 about 4 times now and the results are not staggering.

i seen your post 2-3 times with no replies so i will inform you that T3 is not a magic pill. you need to do some reseach on it plus if your diet is poor and not taking enough protein, carb, and moderate fat cuz T3 will increase the metaboliz of the previous 3 i just mention. never go on a strict diet cuz but eat healthy lenty of protein,carb,and moderate fat. you might gain a little at the begiining but you also lose the pounds as quickly. i prefer adding some kind of gear so lean muscles will be maitain or even increase in fulness.

Those results surprised me to, I thought there would be much better results. Ive had a bottle of cynomel sitting here for a while but have hesitated . With only seeing results like that i dont think the risk/benefit factor is worth it. Ive seen far better results on the eca stack and you dont have to worry about fucking your thyroid up..

yo RIP.. if you read two post of on top. i mention al the necesary macronutrients thsat you need to eat. BUT REMEMBER. NENER EXCEED 5-6 WEEKS OF T3 ALL RIGHT BUDDY. after that, i begin to diet for 2-3 weeks but always keep my protein high and moderate carb. try to cut out any visible fat. cardio, nutrition, and clomid and the end. trust me you will get great result.

I used it for six weeks and saw 0 fat loss, but lost a noticeable amount of strength and couldn't go to sleep for anything. Do NOT recommend it. It you use it be sure to take it correctly. Limit to six weeks and it must be taken on a strict bell curve. NEVER end T3 abruptly or you will be sorry.

im taking it now and im up to 125mcg a day and have no problem sleeping.ill let you guys know in two more weeks when i finish it up how much bodyfat i lost.my diet is very strict and im doing cardio daily so lets see the results

oh.. RIP IT UP.. i must emphasize on tapering t3. start out with 25mcg for the first 3-4 dayd then increase it incrementlt by 25mcg every 3-4 days after. NEVER EVER GO OVER 100mcg since you are "new at this" sorry if im wrong. then taper down the way you atarted it. BTW,what kind of juice are you combine w/t3?

My own experience with t3 was pretty good. But I also used clen. This combination is suppused to be second best only to DNP. I did the clen for 8 weeks and the t3 for 4 weeks. The t3 made me feel like shit and weeker. But it was the first time I have seen my abs in 8 years.

I AM STARTING MY CYTOMEL IN 1 MONTH...
JUST WANT TO GET MY FACTS STRAIT....

i am 6'0 220lbs 15% bodyfat

so basically

if each pill is about 5 mg

day 1-4......25mg (4 pills)
day 5-8......50mg (8 pills)
day 9-12.....75mg (12 pills)
day 13-32....100mg (16 pills)
day 33-36....75mg (12 pills)
day 37-40....50mg (8 pills)
day 41-44....25mg (4 pills)

and we should spread the pills out through the day.......

IS THIS INFO CORRECT? this is what i have heard......

****NEVER TAKE IT FOR MORE THAT 6 WEEKS....
****ALWAYS TAPER DOWN....

And of course....proper diet and cardio

i am also going to be throwing in some clen at the beginning 2 weeks....then 2 weeks off(switching to an E/C/A stack....then another two weeks of Clen

CLEN CYCLE...

day 1 (2 pills)
day 2 (3 pills)
day 3 (4 pills)
day 4 (5 pills)
day 5 (6 pills)
day 6 (7 pills)

thanks lard....i just realized that my info was way off....

each pill is 25 mcg...

so i take 25 mcg the first 4 days....
50 mcg the next 4 days
75 mcg the next 4 days...
100 mcg for the next 3 weeks...
then taper back down.....
right?

SUS-MAN you're right on 25mcg for 4/d
50mcg for 4/d
75mcg for 4/d
100mcg/3/weeks?
then you have to taper down the same way


if you add them up, it computes to 9 weeks of t3 bro. now if you've been there and done it. and i know many people go that long but hell no i would take it that far. t3 is not something to play with.
