Well I just injected 2cc's in each quad, it felt great going in much better than the glute, I was like damn quad injections are the shit!! Now 10 minutes later I cant even fuckin walk! Feels like I got hit with a hammer in each quad. Is this because its the first time?

i never got any pain from my EQ quad injections..guess its the sust as everyone complains about it hurting.  | ||

It could be caused by micro-tears from moving the needle too much while you inject. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes | ||

its the sust.. usually when i do it, it doesnt hurt till the next day.. i have found that running the amp under hot water for a few minutes before injecting, and massaging the injection site after injecting helps keep the soreness to a minimum.. ------------------ | ||

It's the Sust. I find if I do a leg workout shortly after my shot the "sust knot" is not so bad. ------------------ | ||

quad injects only hurt the first time i did them, prefer that to glute injections now | ||
