I don't know about Mexico, but I know that going to a smaller town out of the main strip will yield more legit gear and better prices.

No joke SC, but Corleone was taught everythign he knows by myself and mr RATSO - not that that is an issue - besides the info you gave is probably good for some - but in TJ there are some of the best vets/pharms in the main areas. This fella should just get acquainted with the prices and looks of legit gear (gee I remember doing research for 3 months before I went down the first time) and that way it doesnt matter where he goes - he gets legit gear for a good price. Start a search here under archives, then go to ausvet.com only for the vets they recommend most of them are pretty good.

I agree with slopain, I have been going down there for at least 1-2x per month for 4 years. Get knowledgeable on legit gear and good prices you can bargain down any price.
