I have been doing so well on this new diet and stack. Im taking fina and winny right now. Along with my low carb/low fat/high protien diet, Ive lost over 4 inches on my waist. Ive done extremely well so far. On Valentines Day, I dont like box candy so my girlfriend made me a whole vat of fudge. I ATE NONE OF IT!!! Everyday I would through away pieces to make here think I was eating it to not make her feel bad. Well, today, the girl scout cookies came in. I feel like such an idiot. I fucking caved in and ate half a box of Somoas. There wasnt anything else in the house so I had to eat some hot pockets too. I was doing so good for 3 weeks and now this. Well what a shame. I never give in to sweets,hmm wait a minute I just remembered my mom made me this cake for my birthday with the dark chocolate and coconut on top that she used to make me as a kid and I had to eat it, BUT that was the only one in years other than that I live on egg whites chicken & T-bones, turkey breast, shrimp,Crawfish,& blue crab, here in Louisiana have to to eat seafood Hmm making myself hungry.I better go eat. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

cheats need to be planned my freind because they are innately human...use them as a carb up 3 hrs befor a balls to the iron workout or immeadiately post workout and feel bad about that while your body thanks you. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I go low to no carbs Mon-Fri, and then eat decently on Saturday, and whatever I want on Sunday. This is good because it shocks your body each week. Your body can never get used to this type of schedule. By the time Friday rolls around, your metabolism has nearly shut down, so when you feed yourself over the weekend, you are stimulating your metabolism. By the time your body figures out what's going on, you are back to your low carb/cal diet again. It works wonders, and it keeps you sane. -TG ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
