I like drinking the Bulk Force by American Bodybuilding. Doesn't taste that great, but its got lots of calories, carbs, and protein. I'm not to concerned about being ripped or anything, I just like to grow and get big and strong, and the Bulk Force helps me post-workout for getting closer to that goal. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The one time you should never limit your carb intake is post workout, although I don't support low carbs period at any time. Your muscles need that glycogen to begin healing. For the most part(unless you well exceed 100g) all carbs consumed following training will be stored in the muscles as glycogen. This will enable the protein you consume to do its job of repair and not be converted to glucose to fuel the needy muscles. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
