hey bro's,


I just posted a question about gyno
earlier and I am getting good responses. Will you all please check out my post. I would like to see what everyones input is on it. Also if you all could answer this question for me; Im about to start a cycle with just primotest 250. I going to be doing 500mg a week split up into 2 a week. I weight 165 and 5'10" tall with around 11- 13 % bodyfat. I will be training 5 days a week hitting every muscle. Also I will be doing cardio 5 times a week (first thing in the morning) What type of gains would you think that I would get from this cycle. Someone told me that Primotest was good for keeping gains. Help! thanks

One thing i have learnred from these boards is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to perdict gains....Such an individual thing...

some people will gain 30LBS some 10LB.Depends on training, rest diet, genes, so many damn things..Only way to find out is have ago at it

Cut that cardio back to 3 times per week or you probably won't gain any more than 10-15lbs. Decide if you want to cut or bulk. You will gain more muscle (and of course, lose less fat) with less cardio.
