One thing i have learnred from these boards is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to perdict gains....Such an individual thing... some people will gain 30LBS some 10LB.Depends on training, rest diet, genes, so many damn things..Only way to find out is have ago at it ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Cut that cardio back to 3 times per week or you probably won't gain any more than 10-15lbs. Decide if you want to cut or bulk. You will gain more muscle (and of course, lose less fat) with less cardio.
