Hey bro's, First, I would like to give a shout out to everyone, being that I am new on this board. Been browsing for a while for a new board. I think I found my new home. Did a search on the board for information about gyno. Found a great deal of excellent information, but I was wondering if someone could get me some input. First off Im about to start a cycle that consist of 500mg of Primotest for 10 weeks. I will be breaking this up into 2 a week, both being at 250mg, one on Monday and one on Friday. ( I weigh 165 with around 11-13% body fat, maybe a little more and 25 years old.) I will be working out 5 times a week hitting every body part and doing cardio for 1 hour a day 5 times a week first thing in the morning. My first question is this; If you all could make a guess at what I would gain what would it be? But here is why I threw GYNO in the subject. Even as a little kid I kind of had the appearance of gyno, not to bad but after seeing many pictures of gyno, it looks like what I have, but granted I know that it is just fatty tissue, another things is my nipples always look hard, I mean always! So my question is; is there a way to reduce this (other than going under the knife) fatty tissue or somewhat stretching it out as I grow? And does this mean that I am prone to getting gyno? I m really, really concerned about this. Thanks for your help!!!!!!

Sorry for the bad news but you will definately be sensitive to gyno. Keep plenty of nolvadex or proviron for your cycle. Clomid will work too. You can lose weight to reduce the appearance of your gyno, but surgery is the only way to completely remove it. BTW I have gyno too.
