Do any of you guys know of some good books out there on the subject of bodybuilding. There are so many out there and I figure some one in here must have some good ideas on books. I'm not looking for anything overly scientific, just something to give me some ideas on building programs and diversifying my training. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Arnold Schwarzenegger - The New Encyclodedia of Modern Bodybuilding. I don't think there is a more thorough complete book out there. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0684857219/thearnoldclassic/104-0497006-9759103 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I have the Arnold book, even have the older one he wrote, but I feel one shoudl get "Hardcore Bodybuilding: A Scientific Approach" by Fred Hatfield (Dr Squat) by far the most detailed book concerning diet/vitamin, etc that I have, and I have over 40 bodybuilding books from Menter to Arnold to Columbu ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Some of the books from Ironman mag are pretty good. Also, those put out by Robert Kennedy of MuscleMag are not too bad.A book by strength coach Charles Poliquin, the"Poliquin Principles",really opened my eyes to new ways to train! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
