I AM TRYING TO DECREASE BODY FAT CURRENTLY ,210 FROM 220 lbs,6'2 LOSING ABOUT 1.5 TO 2 lbs A WEEK AND THATS WERE I WANT TO KEEP IT. I FINISHED A MILD CYLE OF DECA 500 A WEEK GAIN A LITTLE WATER MY GOAL FOR "NOW" IS 200lbs LOSING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MUSCLE. OKAY HERE'S THE THING,I HAD LEFT A BOTTLE OF EQUIGAN FROM ABOUT 6 MONTHS PAST,AND I SATARTING USING IT AT 150mgs A WEEK,I WOULDNT CONSIDER THIS A CYCLE DO TO THE FACT THAT ITS SUCH A LOW DOSE ,I MAY INCRISE IT TO 300mg AND TROW IN SOME TTOKKYO ANAVAR 5mg TABS MAYBE 5 PER DAY FOR ABOUT WHAT MY POCKET SAYS (MAYBE MONTH AND A HALF)EXPENSIVE SHIT.I DONT WANT TO DO THE CYNOMEL I GET KIND OF AGITEDED ON IT AND DONT WANT TO TAKE OUT ON MY GIRL ,YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN,I'VE DONE REF,SOSTENON,DECA,EQ,WINNY BUT I DONT REALY LIKE THE DIANABOL(REF,ETC) IS GOOD STRENGHT YOU GET BUT FUCKING LOTS OF WATER AND FROM THAT STRECH MARKS,MOON FACE AND A FUCKING TEMPER THAT I ALMOST LOST A CUPLE OF FRIENDS. I DONT REALY WANT MUSCLE NOW JUST KEEP WHAT I HAVE AND BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT I HAVE WORK SO HARD TO GET.LET SAY THAT I STARTED OUT FROM 170lbs,CURRENTLY I AM ABOUT 13% BUT WORKING DOING 3-4 DAYS OF CARDIO ONE OF THEM 75-80% AND OTHER TWO 65-75% YOU THINK THE LOW DOSE OF EQ WILL HELP ME OUT FOR NOW.THANKS A LOT . I DON'T THINK THAT 150MG/WEEK OF EQ WOULD HELP THAT MUCH IF AT ALL. I WOULD BUMP IT UP TO 300MG/WEEK AT LEAST AND THROW IN SOME CLEN AND E/C/A AND ALTERNATE BETWEEN THEM EVERY 2 WEEKS, YOU COULD ALSO USE ANAVAR IF YOU LIKE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD, CLEAN DIET AND YOU DO ALOT OF CARDIO AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO MIINIZE MUSCLE LOSS. M18 | ||

Try fina. No water retention - makes you cut and strong as hell - this stuff is great. Might make you a little edgy though... | ||

Diet! Try a ketogenic diet like BodyOpus. You'll lose fat and not lose muscle. While on you'll notice strength decreases and you'll be flat because of the complete lack of water retaining abilities, but when you cycle off you'll be as strong or stronger than ever. Do cardio in the morning before breakfast 3 times a week and in four weeks you should definately be looking more cut. Forget about the AS for losing fat. |
