Whenever I do bent over rows, or straight leg deadlifts, I have a hindering pain. Its seems to be right where my hip bone end, and the pain is only on the right side. The pain isnt so bad that I have to stop working out, but its annoying as hell!! Does anyone know what this could be? It first happened about 3 years ago while in high school, i was on the powerlifting team, was trying to show off without a belt (stupid, did a heavy clean-jerk, I did it but at the top i lost my balance. to keep myself from falling backwards i had to.... well i dont remember what i did to keep from falling but i felt something pop. afterward i could walk and all, it didnt hurt that bad but now it seems to be getting worse. what is this, the pain is only on one side! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Go to a chiropractor. I just went for the first time this week and he popped me all over. I had a rib head popped out of whack from my spine and it has hurt so bad that for 3 weeks I wake up all night in pain. I have felt way better since seeing him , but not 100% yet. I am sure your hip or sciatic nerve is out of alignment. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well last time i went to the chiropractor was a looong time ago, and he did say that my hip were out of alignment. My right hip is higher then my left, its nothing major but he said there was nothing that I could do about it. Its not like i have to wear special shoes with one sole bigger than the other its just slightly higher. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I had the same problem you did. I powerlift a lot without a belt. And one day I want to deadlift a million pounds so I threw on a belt lifted it and my back was not happy with me. It hurt like a bitch for weeks until i went to a chiropractor, he poped me for a week and it went away. I also have one side of the hip higher then the other and he said thats what caused it. But with a few visits Im all better... Good luck bro.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The chiro did tell me it was hard to work on body-builders cause our muscles are so hard they make it difficult to pop us into place. He had to jump on me to get me to pop. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() |
