405 on the flat bench for 4 reps.
22 plates on the leg press for 8 reps
and 18 plates on the hack squat 10 reps
This may not sound like much to some of you but this is the strongest i have ever been.

I have been taking 25mg dbol e.o.d.
and on the opposite days 10mg/halos
1000 mg test enanthate/week
200 mg suspension
and 200 mg deca

So tell me what you think

Nice lifts man. Never heard of using dbol every other day...sounds interesting with the halo. I am also assuming that the deca is just for your joints too.

What were your lifts like pre-cycle?

I've never heard of alternating d-bol with halo, but if that cycles working well for you, stick with it. Great job with the weights bro!

Well i have a friend who if he wins the next contest will receive his pro card, and i told him what i have., He made me a cycle and it said dbol/ one day- halo the next. AS far as the deca, Not for the joints just cause i have it i guess. I like deca and test together. I will start insulin 2 days with dnp and clen. I am also using pfg.

Talk about chemical warfair.

Pre cycle lifts were bench 315 for 4 reps
hack 12 plates for 10
and horrible on the leg press. probably 16 plates AT BEST>

So this has been a 6 week Cycle so far. I think i've come along nicely.
