It will help. Try to stay away from too many carbs too. With dbol, you're going to get a little water retention, so just try to combat it the best you can. Even a little nolvadex may help. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

A lot of people don't do cardio on a dbol bulking cycle, but personally I do 30 minutes every other day. It has probably kept me from looking like a fat ass for one, and also has kept my blood pressure in great shape. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
