Hey Guys, did you see PLIFTERS before and after pics? He has shown awesome results, although he does show signs of gyno. My Question is what can you do to make your Nipples return to normal size? Surgery, Nolvadex, or Arimadex. I am prone to gyno, I had it as a kid, they were hard lumps that hurt like a Muddafu@^er!! The lumps went away, but my nippels are still larger than most peoples.. Is it really reversable w/out surgery? Ziv ------------------     | ||

The first few times I went to the doctor to get a referal for gyno surgery, all he kept telling me was to give it time and it will go away. So I assume it will go away with time, if you are ok with laying off the gear for a while. I personally refuse to lay off. I have taken Nolvadex and seen a reduction in gyno, but everytime I cycle I get a reocurrence. I plan on getting it cut out very soon. After that... the hell with gyno! | ||

sorry bro, I have seen no credible evidence that gyno is completely reversible without surgery. You might be able to reduce it with Nolva, Armi, and just by laying off the gear. If you have those hard painful lumps, that a classic condition of pretty good gyno. That is going to be hard to reduce. Some poeple claim that massive does of Nolva...like 100mg/day will reduce gyno. I have no idea if that is safe or effective. Good Luck | ||

When I visted the doctor he told me that nolva & armidex in studies has show to reduce the swelling quite a bit but he said their is very little research on the effects of longterm use, and at a young age(20) he thinks its not safe to be messing around with my hormones and taking the risk so the only alternative is to get surgery that is 6k out of pocket. | ||

If your gyno is recent it can go away on it's own, within a year. It's happening to a friend of mine who's gyno was like an egg and now it's size of a marble, still going down. However if you do gear again without protection (anti-estrogens) it will only get worse. The more you expose the gyno to estrogen the more permanent it becomes. So you decide, do it right (use Nolvadex throughout the cycle and 1 month after) or do gear without any and wear a bra... | ||

Just get it cut out, and forget about it. Make sure you get the whole gland taken out so it doesn't come back. | ||

If you take out the gland you will not have any sensation in your nipples. Is that what you want/recommend?? | ||

I got bad gyno during puberty. Had hard long lumps behind my nipples the size of grapes for a number of years. Took 3tbsp of Flax Seed oil a day for 1 year and it shrank the lumps to half size. Still had the puffy nipple look until last month when I started arimidex 1/8cc eod. Swelling is gone, and my nipples have the tight look. Worked for me .. not sure about you ------------------ | ||

it is reversable without surgery. i reduced mine with the help of some bros from the late Rocks board. here is the GYNO REDUCTION CYCLE you will need: armidex winny DEPO-MADROL NOLVA CLOMID this is what you do: this is a 6 week cycle now for the interesting part: if you have questions, shoot me an email peace | ||
