Does your diet change when you come off a cycle?? i just finished a sust/deca cycle and through out my cycle i was eating like a mad man 7-8 meals a day high protein and high carbs (i`m 5`11 175 pounds 6-7% bf so i need my carbs) but anyway now that i`m off my cycle i`m shoving food down my throat and i feel a decrease on my apetite, and i`m getting sick of eating eggs white in the morning...so how does you diet change after a cycle? and is there any supplements that i could take to increase my apetite?

thanks,

G.C.C.

now that your off your cycle, keep your protein high but watch your carb intake. if you notice your getting fat lower your carbs. as far as supplement increasing your appetite, only thing i ever heard was b-12. so dont know if it works cause i never tried it. good luck.

The best thing I've found is to research cookbooks and find recipes that have things that fit my diet. If you're tired of eating egg whites in the morning, try eating some fat free cottage cheese, mixed with some fat free yogurt. I agree cottage cheese may taste like shit alone, but the yogurt kind of kills the taste. For breakfast, I eat no more carbs than I do protien. For example, if I eat 50 grams of protien for breakfast, I will not exceed 50 grams of carbs in that same meal. As the day goes on, I gradually decrease the amount of carb intake, so that I don't go to bed with a bunch of unused carbs sitting on my stomach waiting to turn to fat. I keep my protien intake UP throughout the day though. This diet has been something that I've been able to use on a daily basis and maintain good results, rather than one of these diets people go on for three weeks and lose 20 pounds only to gain it all back from changing back to their old habits.
