no didnt used it,and its not on must on DNP. also youll need: vit-c,vit-e,selanium(anti-oxident)those are must | ||

V, It isn't needed but I use it with gycerol in hopes to hold water in the muscles.It was inexpensive and I got it all from the same person. email me if you like and i'll look up all the importance of it and pass it on to you.I have the DNP manual on disk I have to go find it. But the gycerol helped me tramendously(sp) ------------------ |
