holy shit. i just shot fina into my bicep, 1 cc and i literaly cant lift my arm. it is so painful. i feel like someone hit it with a sledge hammer. does it suppose to hurt this bad? i mean this is insane. its only been 5 mins and my arm is dead. WTF ------------------     | ||

i think i should have done only half a cc. and maybe used a 23 or 25 guage instead of a 22. ohh well. i usualy poke 3cc into my rear delts at a time and it doesnt hurt at all. ohh well , you live and you learn. i just did 35 mins of cardio and my arm feels a bit better ------------------ | ||

crazy bastard ! i could imagine the pain in the bi bro , hell i only use a 25g@5/8 lenght it goes slow but i'm sure feels quit better than the 22 ! take care bro hope it gets better . ------------------ |
