It would be beneficial to do cardio during deca/winny......I am assuming you are using this as a cutting cycle or a very mild bulking cycle. During bulking I do cardio anyway, not for the fact of fat burning but mainly for the heart and cardiovascular fitness. lomaximo ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

it is good to do some cardio year round. do i do it? not always. i am lazy. but i realy do try even on a bulking phase and it helps keeping the fat in check. i dont expect to loose bodyfat, just prevent it from getting out of control ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If your goal is to get cut, then do cardio. If you're on a cycle, you'll see a good decrease in bodyfat while you maintain your muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
