I'm not really sure, but my friend does dumbell curls on the preacher bench. Instead of having his arm perpendicular to the bench, he has it at an angle.(Facing inward toward the center of his body) He lives by it, but I think it's rather useless. Reverse Barbell Curls Slap on a cople 25's a have at it. Then Hammer Curls sitting on in-cline bench this will work just fine. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
