Supposedly if you take 1 tbs of glycerol 3 times per day this will help to superhydrate your muscles and keep the sweating down. I read this in a DNP manual. I tried it, don't know if it helped I still sweated alot.

You could drink glycerol till you piss syrup and you'll still sweat like a whore in church. THere really nothing you can do, sorry. [This message has been edited by Fe3 (edited February 22, 2001).]

Glycerol does help. 3 tbl spoons a day. Dont take more. Use an aluminum chloride based deodorant like drysol or certain dry. That will seal your pits.

A fan - good one!! That's what I used when my wife would kick my out of the bed before soaking it with sweat. I laid on the couch with a fan blowing on me directly. I always hated it when she would get home from work and shut the air conditioning off and turn the heat back on (It was 25 degrees outside though so I guess she was cold)

No...glycerol will not help with sweating and there is nothing that will...everything in the 'feel good' stack is for that only...to feel good (well, better). (there was that stuff that E2 asked about that stops sweating, but that would be stopping sweating is not real smart)

With all this talk about heavy sweating I can't wait to try it out myself. I actually like suffering somewhat... ------------------
